About the Internal Complaints Committee

To provide a safe, respectful, gender-sensitive learning and working environment and a fair mechanism for prevention and redressal of sexual-harassment complaints. SCPM College of Nursing and Paramedical Sciences follows a zero-tolerance approach towards sexual harassment and is committed to a safe environment free from sexual harassment, intimidation, retaliation and victimization.

The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) is constituted to provide a fair, accessible, confidential and time-bound mechanism for receiving, addressing and resolving complaints and grievances, and to promote gender sensitization, prevention and redressal of sexual harassment in accordance with the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) framework, protection of children from sexual offences in accordance with POCSO provisions, and effective grievance redressal, thereby promoting a safe, respectful, inclusive and supportive institutional environment.
